OUR BACKGROUND
Studio Tap 'n' Groove was established in 2023 offering all styles, to all ages and abilities whilst ensuring our biggest assets are fun, friendships and fitness and creating a family within the community!
Miss Tarni (our Studio Principal), is quite well known in the performance and dance community around Newcastle and sometimes has performance opportunities for students who are interested.
Our History
Shayne's Tap 'n' Groove ran in Kurri Kurri for over 35 years. In 2023 Shayne decided to step aside and hand over the reigns to Tarni who she had taught for 21 of those 35 years she was opened. Studio Tap 'n' Groove, offers the same classes, styles and philosophy that Shayne's Tap 'n' Groove had, just with a fresh new face and name.
Studio Tap 'n' Groove is so grateful for all the families that have stuck around and showed the new name and Tarni support and can't wait for new families to come an be a part of the 'Groove Crew' in 2024!
